International freight is booming in Zhengzhou as spring blooms. Recently, fully loaded TIR trucks departed from the Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone under the supervision of Zhengzhou Customs. After reaching the China-Russia border crossing at Manzhouli in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the trucks traveled 9,800 kilometers over eight days to Moscow, Russia. March will see the gradual opening of the China-Belarus and China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan routes.

This marks the first Transport Internationaux Routiers (TIR) cross-border road freight line between central China and Europe. As a supplement to the air and rail transport, the truck service has realized door-to-door transport with lower costs and less time. Henan Province has reached a new phase in the growth of easier customs clearance and easier international road transport.
作为中国中部地区首票TIR出口货物启运，标志着河南省正式开启了通往欧洲的国际公路运输模式，相比较传统的航空、铁路运输，公路运输弥补了成本高或周期长的短板，真正意义上实现“门对门”运输，河南省也在便利化通关和国际道路便利化运输领域的发展进入了一个新阶段。
The development of the TIR global road transportation system, which was fully implemented in China in 2019, enables vehicles with TIR certificates to cross borders between the 77 member countries in an easy and simplified manner. Most of these countries are situated along the Silk Road economic belt. The TIR line is a significant step toward facilitating transport and strengthening commercial and trade ties among surrounding nations as part of the "Belt and Road Initiative".
自2019年起凡持有TIR证的车辆可在全球77个缔约国之间便捷通关，这些国家大多位于“丝绸之路”经济带沿线，TIR公路运输是我国在“一带一路”建设逐步深化的背景下，推进过境运输便利化，深化与周边国家经贸合作的一个重要里程碑。
In comparison with air, sea and rail transport, the TIR system can save up to 58 percent of the transportation time and 38 percent of the costs. It also has reduced dependence on infrastructure, flexible mobility and convenience in loading and unloading.

Zhengzhou Hongyi Transport, a logistics company in charge of delivering the first batch of goods, has signed contracts for the trade and transportation of six product categories, including electronic goods, lubricating oil, and auto parts, with major domestic logistics companies and Russian businesses.
负责本次货物营运的郑州弘依运输有限公司在2021年取得TIR资质后，与国内龙头物流企业签订运输协议，并与俄罗斯企业签订合作协议，其中涉及电子产品、润滑油、汽车配件等6类产品种类的贸易和运输。
The smooth launching of the first TIR cross-border road freight line will promote the establishment of a warehouse under customs supervision in Zhengzhou, a key national transportation hub. After customs declaration and inspection at Xinzheng Customs, the trucks will arrive at the overseas node cities for customs inspection and clearance before delivering their cargos to customers, truly realizing one-stop door to door and point to point transportation.
随着满载货物的TIR运输车辆顺利启运，进一步推进了以郑州为全国集散枢纽，设立海关监管仓库，在新郑海关报关查验后，通过定期卡车航班，到达海外节点城市报验清关，直接送到客户仓，真正实现“门对门”“点对点”的全程一站式服务。
